How it works
- Tell us about your home. Your town or ZIP code, bedrooms and bathrooms, the kind of cleaning and how often.
- Get a quote, usually the same day. We reply by text or email. The quote lists the cleaning, any add-ons and the sales tax on its own line.
- We clean. We agree on a date and on how we get in. On a regular plan we come back weekly, every two weeks or monthly.
What a visit includes
A regular cleaning covers the rooms you live in. A deep cleaning or a move-out goes further and takes longer.
- Kitchen: counters, the sink, the stovetop and the outside of appliances.
- Bathrooms: toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors and floors.
- Bedrooms and living areas: dusting the surfaces we can reach, trash emptied, floors vacuumed and mopped.
- Add-ons you choose: the inside of the fridge and oven, inside cabinets, laundry and windows.

Common questions about house cleaning
How much does house cleaning cost?
It depends on your home and the job. The price is set by the size of the home, the bedrooms and bathrooms, how long since its last thorough cleaning, the type of cleaning (regular, deep or move-out), how often we come and any add-ons, such as the inside of the oven. Pets and access matter too. One flat price would be wrong for most homes, so we quote each one free. Send the quote form and see how we price.
How often should I have my house cleaned?
It depends on who lives there. A household with children, pets or people working from home often suits a weekly visit. Every two weeks suits a household that tidies up in between, and once a month can be enough for a smaller or quieter home. If the house has not had a thorough cleaning in a while, start with a deep cleaning and keep it up with regular visits. We can quote more than one schedule so you can compare.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not have to be. Some people like to be home for the first visit to walk through the house and point out what matters, then leave us to it after that. If you will be out, tell us in the quote form how we get in, such as a key, a door code or a building front desk, and mention any alarm, pets or rooms to skip. We settle the plan with you by text or email before the visit.
What is the difference between regular cleaning and deep cleaning?
A regular cleaning keeps a home that is already in good shape clean: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, floors and trash. A deep cleaning goes further and takes longer. It reaches the build-up a regular visit leaves alone, such as baseboards, door frames, light switches, vent covers, soap scum and grime on tile and around faucets, and cabinet fronts.
